List of Prohibited Items
1. General Provisions
1.1. This List sets out the items and categories of items that are prohibited or restricted for delivery through the Kiki Service.
1.2. By placing an Order, the Sender confirms that the Shipment does not contain prohibited items and complies with the applicable restrictions.
1.3. If prohibited items are found in a Shipment, the Company and the Courier may take the measures set forth in Section 5 of this List.
2. Category A — Fully Prohibited
The following categories of items are strictly prohibited from delivery through the Service:
2.1. Weapons and Ammunition
Firearms of any type or caliber, including parts and accessories
Gas weapons
Air guns (pneumatic weapons)
Less-lethal weapons (traumatic weapons)
Signal weapons / flare guns
Bladed weapons: knives, swords, daggers, brass knuckles, nunchucks, and other bladed weapons
Ammunition, cartridges, cartridge casings, gunpowder
Replica weapons, if they are difficult to distinguish from real ones
2.2. Explosives and Pyrotechnics
Explosives of any kind
Detonators, fuses, and initiating devices
Pyrotechnic articles (firecrackers, fireworks, sparklers, Roman candles)
Signal rockets, flares
2.3. Hazardous Substances
Flammable liquids (gasoline, kerosene, solvents, alcohol in large quantities)
Compressed and liquefied gases (cylinders of propane, oxygen, helium)
Pressurized aerosol cans
Oxidizers and organic peroxides
Toxic substances and poisons
Infectious substances and biological samples (except in cases with specialized packaging and labeling under specific rules)
Radioactive materials of any kind
Corrosive substances (concentrated acids and bases)
Caustic chemical substances
2.4. Items Prohibited by Law
Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances
Precursors of narcotic substances
Controlled medications and other potent prescription drugs designated as controlled substances
Counterfeit goods (fake products of well-known brands)
Stolen or unlawfully acquired property
Cultural and historical heritage items without accompanying permits
Materials infringing copyright
Pornographic materials
Materials inciting national, racial, or religious hatred
Materials prohibited from distribution within the Republic of Serbia
2.5. Biological Items
Live animals and insects
Human and animal remains
Biological samples (blood, tissue, organs) without specialized packaging and accompanying documentation
Plants and animals listed in the Red Book of endangered species or under international protection (CITES)
Plant seeds and reproductive materials with restricted circulation
2.6. Financial Valuables
Cash in any currency
Securities (stocks, bonds, promissory notes)
Bank cards, checkbooks
Cryptocurrency devices containing private keys (hardware wallets)
Precious metals in bars, coins, or scrap form
Jewelry of any value
Precious and semi-precious gemstones
Antiques without accompanying documentation and insurance
2.7. Documents of Special Value
Original passports, ID cards, and driver's licenses
Original diplomas, transcripts, and other educational documents
Original notarized documents
Documents marked "Secret," "Top Secret," or "For Official Use Only"
Original birth, marriage, and death certificates
Original wills
Documents containing state secrets
2.8. Other Prohibited Items
Unregistered SIM cards in quantities exceeding personal use
Any items whose circulation is prohibited or restricted under the laws of the Republic of Serbia
3. Category B — Prohibited Without Special Approval
Delivery of the following categories of items is only possible with prior approval from the Company through customer support and subject to additional requirements:
3.1. Alcoholic Beverages
Delivery of alcoholic beverages is only possible under the following conditions:
The Recipient is at least 18 years of age and has presented the Courier with a document confirming their age
The product is in its original factory-sealed packaging
The delivery time complies with legally established restrictions
Delivery to minors is strictly prohibited
3.2. Tobacco and Nicotine Products
Cigarettes, cigars, tobacco, e-cigarettes, and nicotine liquids — only with age verification of the Recipient
Delivery to minors is strictly prohibited
3.3. Medications
Over-the-counter (OTC) medications — in their original factory packaging, in small quantities for personal use
Prescription medications — prohibited from delivery through the Service under standard procedures
Medications requiring temperature control — prohibited unless the Courier has specialized equipment
3.4. Perishable Goods
Fresh products requiring temperature control — only with the use of specialized packaging (insulated bags, ice packs), which is the Sender's responsibility
Prepared food — subject to proper packaging that prevents spills and the spread of odors
3.5. Fragile Items
Glass, ceramics, electronics, musical instruments, works of art
Delivery is only possible under the following conditions:
Clear labeling of the package with the word "FRAGILE" ("LOMLJIVO")
Use of cushioning materials (bubble wrap, foam, specialized boxes)
Declaration of value if the value exceeds 100 euros
If packaging requirements are not met, the Company and the Courier are not liable for any damage.
4. Category C — Value and Physical Restrictions
4.1. By Value
Any items valued at more than 300 (three hundred) euros in the RSD equivalent — prohibited from delivery
Items valued between 100 and 300 euros — only with a declaration of value at the time the Order is placed and payment of an additional fee (where applicable)
Items valued up to 100 euros — no mandatory declaration; liability limit of 100 euros
4.2. By Weight and Dimensions
Maximum weight of a single Shipment — 10 (ten) kilograms
Maximum dimensions — must fit within a standard courier bag of 40 × 40 × 30 cm
Items exceeding these parameters will not be accepted for delivery
4.3. By Quantity
Delivery of commercial shipments (significant quantities of homogeneous goods) — only with prior approval from the Company under a B2B partnership
5. Consequences of Violations
5.1. Before Acceptance of the Shipment
If prohibited items are discovered before the Courier accepts the Shipment:
The Courier may refuse to accept the Shipment
The Order is canceled with the cancellation penalty applicable after Courier assignment
The violation is recorded in the Company's system
In the case of repeated violations, the Company may suspend the User's account
5.2. After Acceptance of the Shipment
If prohibited items are discovered after the Courier has accepted the Shipment (during transport or at delivery):
The Courier stops the delivery and contacts the Company's customer support
Depending on the category of violation:
Category A — the Shipment may be turned over to the competent authorities, along with information about the User
Category B — the Shipment is returned to the Sender, who pays the full price of services and the return delivery
Category C — the Shipment is returned to the Sender, who pays for the return delivery
The Company may suspend the User's account
The Company is not liable for the loss, damage, or seizure of prohibited items
5.3. Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify the Company and the Courier for any losses incurred in connection with the attempted delivery of prohibited items, including:
The cost of additional services (return, storage)
Fines and penalties imposed on the Company by government authorities
Legal fees
Other documented losses
5.4. Criminal and Administrative Liability
The delivery through the Service of items prohibited by law may result in criminal or administrative liability for the User in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The Company has the right and the obligation to cooperate with the competent authorities in identifying the responsible parties.
6. The Company's Right to Amend the List
The Company reserves the right to amend and supplement this List based on changes in legislation, operational needs, and other circumstances. Users will be notified of material changes in accordance with the procedure set forth in the Terms of Service.
