List of Prohibited Items

1. General Provisions

1.1. This List sets out the items and categories of items that are prohibited or restricted for delivery through the Kiki Service.

1.2. By placing an Order, the Sender confirms that the Shipment does not contain prohibited items and complies with the applicable restrictions.

1.3. If prohibited items are found in a Shipment, the Company and the Courier may take the measures set forth in Section 5 of this List.

2. Category A — Fully Prohibited

The following categories of items are strictly prohibited from delivery through the Service:

2.2. Explosives and Pyrotechnics

2.3. Hazardous Substances

2.4. Items Prohibited by Law

2.5. Biological Items

2.6. Financial Valuables

2.7. Documents of Special Value

2.8. Other Prohibited Items

3. Category B — Prohibited Without Special Approval

Delivery of the following categories of items is only possible with prior approval from the Company through customer support and subject to additional requirements:

3.1. Alcoholic Beverages

Delivery of alcoholic beverages is only possible under the following conditions:

3.2. Tobacco and Nicotine Products

3.3. Medications

3.4. Perishable Goods

3.5. Fragile Items

Delivery is only possible under the following conditions:

If packaging requirements are not met, the Company and the Courier are not liable for any damage.

4. Category C — Value and Physical Restrictions

4.2. By Weight and Dimensions

4.3. By Quantity

5. Consequences of Violations

5.1. Before Acceptance of the Shipment

If prohibited items are discovered before the Courier accepts the Shipment:

5.2. After Acceptance of the Shipment

If prohibited items are discovered after the Courier has accepted the Shipment (during transport or at delivery):

5.3. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify the Company and the Courier for any losses incurred in connection with the attempted delivery of prohibited items, including:

5.4. Criminal and Administrative Liability

The delivery through the Service of items prohibited by law may result in criminal or administrative liability for the User in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The Company has the right and the obligation to cooperate with the competent authorities in identifying the responsible parties.

6. The Company's Right to Amend the List

The Company reserves the right to amend and supplement this List based on changes in legislation, operational needs, and other circumstances. Users will be notified of material changes in accordance with the procedure set forth in the Terms of Service.

If the User is uncertain whether a particular item may be delivered, the User must contact customer support before placing an Order:
